Weeve Features

Sometimes I'd like to select a word to translate that Weeve hasn't translated. It would be nice to hover over it, click on it, double-click on it, etc to have it translate.

German is a vast speaking country in Europe, very useful, you should add

Sometimes you just want to turn the translated words off for an hour. Or 24 hours, if you just don't have it in you that day. It'd be great to be able to snooze for a set amount of time, and then have Weeve turn back on afterward. (I don't know about you, but I always forget to turn it back on afterward when I manually pause using the extension!)

on the weeve app there is a daily review I think it would be cool if it was also on the extension version
